Refund policy

All food products are non-returnable. 

Exception/Damaged product at the time of delivery:

A short description of your request in addition to at least 3 images of the content(s)/product(s) as well as the outer carton/package needs to be mailed at aakanksha.agarwal91@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this time will not be accepted. You’ll also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
